Owned a €120M annual marketing budget. Drove €50M of incremental revenue in under 12 months, contributing to a +18% EBITA uplift. Cut marketing-to-revenue ratio from 40% to 30%, the most efficient in the company's history. Marketing transformation was instrumental to the €607M MGM Resorts acquisition.

Managing Director, Italy · LeoVegas (2018–2020)

Grew the Italian business from €3M to €18M in revenue inside a year, a +500% expansion, and laid the operating foundation that the subsequent group-level CMO mandate scaled across Europe.

Founder & CEO · Optimized Group (2012–2016)

Built a digital agency in Milan from zero to €1.5M revenue with 100% YoY growth for five years. Sold to the listed Digitouch group for €1.35M. Selected clients included OVS, Conte.it, Allianz, LUISS Business School and Gruppo Mondadori.
